She was inconsolable when that happened, and none of us could help Grandma calm down. When we called the UCLAH nurse and told her what had happened, she came down right away. The nurse wrapped up the wound with such gentleness and good cheer that grandma was smiling and chatting. She completely forgot she hurt herself.”
